- Developed a hybrid Deep Learning + GNN architecture for metagenomic sequence classification.
- Built an end-to-end bioinformatics pipeline: genome curation, read simulation, and graph dataset generation.
- Optimized GNN hyperparameters for large-scale biological graphs.
